PLACING AN ORDER

2.1 How you can place an order.

Orders are placed through our website. Once you’ve added the compression sofa to your basket, you’ll go through our checkout procedure where you’ll need to enter your contact details, delivery and billing information. Please check your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

2.2 Acceptance of your order.

Your order is an offer to buy the product(s) in your basket. After you place an order, you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received it. Our official acceptance of your order takes place when we email you to confirm we’ve dispatched your product(s).

2.3 Age restrictions.

To order our products, you must be at least 18 years old and be authorized to use the payment method you use to pay for the products. If you are under 18, you may place an order only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

  • Follow assembly instructions carefully
  • Do not exceed weight capacity as specified in product details
  • Discontinue use if you notice any structural damage
  • Keep packaging materials away from children and pets
  • Product should be used in appropriate indoor environments

DELIVERY

4.1 Delivery costs.

Delivery charges will be shown during the checkout process before you complete your order.

4.2 Delivery timeframes.

Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental United States. International shipping times may vary.

4.3 International orders.

Any customs duties or additional charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our delivery costs.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

5.1 Return Policy.

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in original packaging. The following conditions apply:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • All tags must be attached
  • Product must not show any signs of use or wear
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

5.2 Health and Hygiene.

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if:

  • The product has been used or assembled
  • The protective packaging has been opened or damaged
  • Any tags or safety seals have been removed

5.3 Refund Processing.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return and will be issued to the original payment method.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in US dollars and include applicable sales tax. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and PayPal.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

We warrant that our compression sofa will be free from material defects at the time of delivery.
